I almost always break my rig down between dive days (i.e. remove plate and wing). Mostly so I can wash the plate and wing.

Depends.... finished with the AM dives and getting a fill for the evening or tomorrows dives? I'll walk the rig over to the fill station then drop the right post ...

I might take off both regs if I feel like it.

If I'm going to leave the tanks at the dive shop, I take everything off them. Partly because it makes it much easier for them to handle the tanks, and partly because I'm paranoid about pinch flats.

On the rare occasion where I roll into the LDS and demand my doubles be filled while I wait, I'll leave it all assembled and just drop the right post.

Agree. If I am filling them myself at the shop, I have just used the rig and it is assembled, and I am going to use it again right away, I will leave it on.

That's the nice thing about Florida, you don't have to demand fills while you wait...it's the standard. :D
