I have now used 3 pairs of fins multiple times each in practicing the 900 yard shorkel swim for DM and Instructor. I have switched around with them back and forth multiple times now, with consistent times.

My Blade fins, and my Scubapro Splits are in a dead tie for time on the 900 yards. However, my TUSA Zoom Z3 split fins are consistently 15-20 seconds faster over the 900 yards (18 laps in a 25 yard pool). OK, 1 second per lap doesn't sound like much, but after 18 laps, it adds up.
