Diver dies after finding himself in difficulty at Mgar ix-Xini - Gozo News.Com
Today at about 10.40am the Police were informed that there was a diver in difficulty at Mgar ix-Xini, Gozo. The Police went immediately on site where preliminary investigation revealed that for reasons unknown, a 55-year-old man, who was diving in Mgar ix-Xini, found himself in difficulty.
An ambulance was called on site which took the man to the Gozo General Hospital. He was certified dead some time later.
Duty Magistrate Dr. Josette Demicoli was informed with this case. She appointed several experts to assist her in the inquiry.
Police investigations are still on going.
