Well, I'm not a newbie, though I might only be vaguely rememberable to the Ginnie regulars--it's been a few years. And, how nice to plan a party JUST for my birthday!

So, we intend to be there, barring any work issues getting in the way.......(Don't look so shocked, Jenny!)

Is your idea of camping The Holiday Inn??
Just spoke to Hermit Crab about it being Halloween weekend, and I suggested Trick or Treat around the fire circle. She's game...

Hey! We could have a cuteness competition! I warn you, though, that Jameson will be facing some stiff opposition.

Impressive early buy in here, and no dissenting voices on the date as of yet. If the present level of interest is any indication, we should have a good turnout indeed.

Jim has a 10-person tent--almost the Holiday Inn........just bring me a fan, one of those nice air mattresses up on a bedframe, and lots of bug spray and we'll be set! (And, I DID camp after the first year, if you recall!).

Trick or treat is good; can we do an adult version? Airplane liquor sized bottles? Hmmmmmm......
