Selling two (2) Faber Steel HP 117s with XS Scuba PVD Pro Valves. I'm selling these because I do mostly shore dives and keeping them stable on my backplate and wing seems unnecessarily tough for me during shore exits with shifting water (and I have 2 100s that are easier for me). Divers with more experience, different kits, and those who typically dive in different conditions will probably appreciate the "extra" capacity of the 117s relative to smaller tanks. They were great for boat dives.
This set has fewer than 30 dives on them. They have the typical dings you get from using heavy tanks, most notably dings where they rested against the edge of refill tubs.
I had them cleaned for Nitrox from day one, rinsed immediately, stored in a consistently cool environment, carefully handled when I transported them. They're life support equipment and I treated them as such.
I wouldn't suggest smaller folks use these 117s unless you're an uncommonly tough and stable diver.
Here's more info on these tanks on a site that appears to sell these same tanks + valves:
$290 each
Pick up in Davis, CA. It might not be prudent to ship these, although I'm fine exploring options if you're okay paying for shipping and will accept problems that arise from shipping.
Happy to answer questions!
