Dry heat is better, trust me grew up in a desert.

If you're going to be overcooked, may as well be moist about it...

The more moist the more tender the meat. I'm pretty skinny so much fat, more moisture is needed.

I feel like if I hopped in my drysuit right now I'd get geared up, make it about 20 steps and keel over. Hopefully into water.
