If you aren’t afraid of cost and have the time to wait check out Wetwear Custom Ez-on Wetsuit – Custom Wetsuits For All Water Sports

they have forgotten more about wetsuits then most other retailers know.

but at the cost of a custom wetsuit you should just bite the bullet and get into a dry suit

The EZ-ON is the trade mark of Wetwear. I'd stay away from these. Among other reasons the long zippers are a huge cause of heat loss and don't believe the hype about the magic neoprene. Firstly for 3mm suit you should not need zippers, but if you insist on zippers keep them short.
