why can't/doesn't the State of Alaska ban Exxon from operating in it's waters, until they come into compliance with the rulings? We all need to play by the rules, including Exxon. If I was fined by the courts, you can bet they'd take strong action against me in order to get me to comply. In addition, why isn't Exxon being charged with contempt of court? They have their marching orders from multiple courts. They need to start throwing people in jail, starting at the top, and working their way down until they comply with the courts rulings.
