I have seen some made into wind chimes, but I haven't seen wind speed high enough for them to actually chime.

Yet all aluminium cylinders that have exploded to date (and not due to heat or corrosion failure) have all been cylinders that used raw material billet that originated in China.

Where di you get this data on the materials coming from china? I would love to see this data.

I would as well.

There may be absolutely zero correlation but I know that the Chinese flat sheet/plate/coil my company was buying 8-10 years ago had SERIOUS quality control issues if you were buying anything other than a 3000 series alloy.
