Experience w/ScubaPro Classic Plus?

I am shopping to replace my ~10 year old SeaQuest Predator BC (still in pretty good shape) with a weight integrated BC. Today, at the LDS, I tried on the jacket style (no adjustable shoulder straps) 'ScubaPro Classic Plus' and fell in love.... what a fit! - And I really like the design of weight pockets / accessory pockets. A bit pricey, but I think I paid a pretty penny for my first BC and it has lasted well.

My QUESTION: What are your experiences w/ true stabilizing jacket style vs. the front-adjustable jacket? And does anyone have experience with the 'SP Classic +' specifially?

I used to dive a Classic and a Double Black before that. However as I expanded my video work, I found the Classic moved around too much on me and trapped air. I switched to my X-Tek and have been much happier with it even though it only has a Trav-Tek wing (28#) and I'm diving heavily weighted in cold water. It is snug on me and doesn't move around.

Did the Classic move around more than a traditional 'adjustable shoulder' BC? My current BC rides UP a lot, -- thought the stabilization of the 'jacket' style may eliminate this.

I used the non-intergrated Classic for about five years. It was a good bc and did not move around. However, on the advice of the shop, I had bought a size smaller than otherwise might have. It was a bit difficult to get on but was very comfortable in the water. Having said that, I've now abandoned it for a bp/wings which is far more comfortable and stable.

I dive in a Classic every now and then, and it's a great bc for a jacket bc. I am just back bouycancy kinda guy. I find that they fit pretty snug and are very comfortable. And one thing to remember, the Classic carries a lifetime warranty.

I like my Classic+!

It fits like a glove and doesn't shift around, ride up or do anything else it shouldn't be doing.

I expect a lot if it has to do with how well it fits you.

It's very stable, but doesn't try to flip me over if I happen to want to move sideways or upside down, and has all sorts of pockets and places to clip things. I'm very happy with it.

I dive the S-tek and the Classic NT weight integreated Bot are great. Attitude in water is great Lifetime Warranty on the Classic Seams makes it a great deal. I do Photography and At least has some place to keep the Bug Bag.
