Does anyone know how much RTV sealant one should use on a shoulder exhaust valve (Apeks) install? From the uninstall, it looked like a small bead (1/8 inch) around base of threaded (top) valve/first thread. The old sealant was totally shredded so hard to tell. I also note that the top valve has a indented circular ring on the underside (between the thread of the valve and outside edge of valve), which I could fill with sealant. Is anyone familiar with how much sealant and where to place. Thx!

DUI uses APEKS valves on their suit, with RTV as the sealant.
