Ewa Beach next week

I am from Florida, and will be staying in Ewa Beach next week with some friends (who don't dive, yet). I could use some guidance on good diving opportunities. Which companies to go with, which sites are better this time of year, etc. My schedule should be pretty flexible, but my wallet has its limits. Thanks for any info you can give me.
