I disagree ... having read Catherine's version of the account, I feel it would be a service to ScubaBoard members to publicly name this person and the business they represent.El Orans:Maybe someone should invite him to state his own case.
Besides, this thread makes it pretty clear who it is if people can guess who it is.
If someone needs to know they can PM you.
CatalinaCanuck:I actually went to his ad page on this board and posted my short whiney review (I hope it's approved). I was surprised to see no other reviews there, good or bad.
justleesa:I missed your review (not the one in Kudos is it?)...where did you post it?

Whatever his motives, acting in such a manner threatens the safety of a diver. This goes well beyond unprofessional ... I agree with those who call it assault, and it should not be condoned or overlooked.
ScubaBoard members would be well-advised to stay clear of someone who behaves this way ... for their own safety if nothing else.
It's especially disturbing to me that this person ... who remains anonymous ... advertises his business on ScubaBoard. He should be named, and invited to come to this thread and discuss his side of the story.
To my concern, it had better be good ... there is NEVER an excuse to assault someone in the water. It would be way too easy for such actions to result in the injury or death of a diver, and that's something no one should ever condone or excuse ... especially from someone who's representing himself as a diving professional.
