What would be best Panama City or Springs trip and why?

I've been to Blue Grotto and Devil's Den for OW cert dives, don't know about any other springs.

I see PC has a few dive ops available.

What say those with experience?

If it were me, I would go to PCB and do one of the inshore wrecks like the Red Sea or Black Bart. I recommend Panama City Dive Charters if you decide to go to PCB.

Save the springs for the winter when it is too cold to dive in the ocean (for me at least). If you are looking for springs to try other than Devils Den and Blue Grotto, you can try Vortex (which is not too far from PCB), Manatee, or Troy. All of these are OW friendly, just stay out of the caverns in Vortex and Manatee.
