The 12hr extend release is a white pill that looks like a multitude of others. The standard red pills are iconic and everyone knows with a simple glance that they are Sudafed, just saying.....

I actually take Walgreens Wal-Act D which is a small white pill.

Generally, antihistamines are like sleeping pills for me; do these have that effect on you?

The D indicates it’s for congestion. I take Zyrtec-D daily and not drowsy at all, unlike if I took Benadryl. That regular Benadryl does nothing for congestion. Two totally different animals.
