Embed Youtube video

Hi,

Can you tell me why the video I tried to imbed in a post will not play?

EDIT:...wanted to know kinda same thing --but concerning flickr.com videos.......& I made a separate post, thanks for the info on what site (Site Support) to use....hope you get your answer....Joe

To embed a youtube video, you can follow the directions under the "HELP" tab then BB Codes.

You just put the code between the yt code, and not the complete link to youtube. In the case of your video its just 8AX2panlMrE

You can see examples here - BB Code List - ScubaBoard - Scuba Diving Forum - Diving Social Network at the bottom of the page is youtube.

BTW - I fixed your video.

There's something wrong with the url for this specific video - the "feature=youtu.be" at the end is messing up the " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen>
