Have a look round, Dahab's good as is Marsa Alam, lots more dive sites, or go for the livaboard option

And Whalesharks have been seen in Dahab. Saw a nice Silvertip a while back also

True. A whaleshark has been spotted in Dahab last summer. And it stayed there for a couple of weeks
