Midwater floating platform added a couple years ago by John McCuaig, Rob Clarke, et al. Sunk to the bottom by a dimwit LDS owner when he planted all his student on one side. An idiot proof solution is proving difficult.

Bet I know who that was!!!! :14:

I'll have to do a dive at twin the next time I am out that way, seeing as the chicken has been refurbished. My avatar picture is an ice dive at Twin, and the day before, there wasn't a parking meter there.

A group of us are going to Twin on Sunday if anybody is up for that. 10:30 meet time. And I can guarantee there will be no pretty fishies and at least 1 rowboat.

I'll be there.

You missed the "real" wreck. Old wooden speed boat. Close to the spot of the tipped over platform.

I'll be there as well. I think I've seen that boat - if it's the one I'm thinking of that "speed" boat must be an antique.

I'm thinking 60's

Hmmm, Twin Lakes place sounds like an interesting place to log some dives. I should be back home in Edmonton in a week and a half, I'll have to look into checking it out.

The closest to Edmonton that I have done any diving so far was Vancouver where I got certified way back when. Now that I've (theoretically) got more spare time and money, I want to gain a lot more diving experience.

Twin Lakes April 1979. Had to dig deep to find this one.:crafty:
