They'll definitely be anywhere between brilliant and rubbish. Buyer beware, but the seller's profile's a good place to look. Probably will find that someone selling lots of O-rings will be better, or flogging fake knock-offs, but hopefully reflected in their rating.

Personally, I'd rather get a box of O-rings from a reputable online shop even if they cost a bit more.

You'll remember the quality long after you forget the price.

In "most" cases you will probably be fine. I never found a kit that had the sizes I wanted without lots of extra sizes I didn't need. I've been ordering from the oring store - (it seems either they are changing their website or it's having issues today). I end up with LOTS of the sizes I order but have had success in all the 1st, 2nd stage, flashlight, and computer orings I've ordered from them.
