I spoke to the guy on the phone (can share his number privately, with his permission) at length and the firm summary is, he wants someone to come pick this up. He won't really work with us to box, ship, test, whatever. He picks up things from estate sales and flips them on eBay. And he's "not really making enough on this for it to be worth his while to put time into." - Others have offered double or more what he's asking for him to palletize it and ship it, he's a firm "no."
The only way the sale works is if someone drives in, hands him cash and hauls it away. You might be able to negotiate him down to $400 or a little less as an ebay fees calculator shows his takeaway is $388 if someone were to buy it through ebay. Who knows.
With that being said, anyone want it?
Or anyone want to go get it and ship it down to me in South Florida for fun? Admittedly I don't need it as I picked up a SA6 I'm currently rebuilding in the garage, but I'd likely take this SA3 if someone wanted to send it down the coast.
