I have seen fleece undergarment jumpsuits selling on e-bay and being rated to the 40-45 degree temps. How good are they and are they worth the $82 +$16 shipping costs?

In other words, are they worth it?
I have just bought a Pinnacle EVO2 drysuit and I'm trying to get something that is reasonable is cost and able to keep me warm down to the mid 40s during the winter.

Also what is a good combination of low bulk(i.e. less buoyant) and good warmth in a reasonable undergarment?

Thanks!
