Better be prepared for torrential rains, hurricanes and/or snow the way the weather has been this month! Twice in the last few days I've been awakened by rain on my windows. It NEVER rains in southern California. And, of course, it is bat ray "season" now. I had 3-5 ft visibility in some places yesterday trying to search for submerged data loggers. However the dive park was closer to 25 ft and I've asked Carl Mayhugh at CDS to turn on the sediment and plankton filters a few days before everyone arrives! Going to be fun, fun, fun in the warm California sun (fingers crossed).
