That is the bow area of the silver comet. We started from the student side and hit it first then off to the chopper. It was a very nice dive. My friend Steve is trained to deal with problems that come up inside a wreck. I do not have that training so I was glad to be on the outside. Even at Dutch you should know you skill level! :D

I forgot about that hole. I always remember the huge square hole that's cut there, rather than the the smaller round hole. Never dropped in there. :)

No hood with water temps at Dutch? Crazy.

Especially for a guy who is "trained to handle problems inside wrecks" which I'm guessing means he's got some level of wreck penetration training. To me a hood is part of required gear for wreck penetration...

Sharp rusty metal + no hood =

Right now the water at Dutch is at it's warmest of the year. I even switched to a very thin hood myself. The reason I wrote about penetration was I did not want to have someone get into trouble trying to reproduce my photo. Now that they know where the shot was taken. Do I follow my own advise, not always. Just looking out for some fellow divers. :)

Ouch, next time I dive with him I will let him know about your impact with sharp objects.

Sorry, left the camera in the car this week. Wanted to just make a few dives with out it. Maybe next week????

Cool...everytime I get to the Comet that Palomino Trout is hanging around in it and not looking to hospitable!

Visibility getting any better?
