someone might want to move this over to the Philippines forum... 
bear, I was just at Bohol and Dumaguete. Tough choice. Guess it really depends on what style of diving you like. If you do go to Dumaguete, definitely do the trip to Apo Island. I stayed at Atlantis... a bit pricey but excellent service, nice resort, good food, and great DM's...
