DUI new suit, issue with zipper

zipper bunchs up at shoulder, zipper will not lay flat when putting suit on.
zipper looks like rollercoaster at shoulder after dive . any thoughts
 
Is the crotch strap set?
 
I'd go back to the LDS and have them check it.
