I just got back from Windy Point. I thought I'd pass the word on that DUI is having their Dog Days event on April 21st and 22nd. So, for anyone who's ever wanted to see what it's like "diving dry" now is a great oportunity.

FYI the lake temp at 80 ffw today was 53 deg. Brrrrrrr!

I'd like to attend, but I don't have any experience with DSs.

Do anyone think that will be an issue, or is training on for a dry dive really that much of a change?

I've heard the biggest issues in dealing with a DS is venting gas and maintaining proper position in the water column, so its more of a taskloading issue.

I've got tickets for Saturday and Sunday. I heard Dave Sweetin (GUE fame) might show back up at this one, so I might prod him for a Fundies class.

I would be interested in a Fundies class sometime in the not to distant future. Want to get comfortable with doubles first though.
