Drysuit Undergarment Recommendations

I am interested to know what you find to be a pain about it when putting it on, could you elaborate on your experience with the Thermal Fusion?

The garment is made up of two layers of fleece with the inside being oversized and the outside is a compression layer. The inside wants to bunch up and does not slide on over your base layer well. I have learned to put on my Fusion drysuit with ease but still fight the with the Thermal Fusion.

Fourth Element Arctic works well for me. I also use a thin Merino wool base layer.
