My DiveRite 905 drysuit appears to be leaking slightly. When I look at the upper right thigh (where I notice the leak) the tape on the outside has come off all the way to the seam. Can I just aquaseal that back down?

DiveRite indicates that I shouldn't do that because it's ultrasonically welded rather than sewn. I'd really like to not send it back to Florida though. Do I have other DIY options?

Mine did the same and I did Aquaseal mine, which fixed it. The only thing you have to do is put a plastic bag on top of it and then something heavy on the plastic bag otherwise the tape will lift up as it dries. Another alternative is using iron on tape which you can get from eBay and sticking that over it, which is probably what I would do next time.
