Why not modify the hood you have. You say it is to small in the neck. So insert a "wedge". First make a cut. Put on the hood. Have someone measure the gap betwe the cut edges. Make a neoprene "wedge" to fill the gap. Wetsuit glue is not hard to use. It's like cotact cement. You can pay to have this modification made too, cost less then a new hood
