I have found that the sizes for drysuit hoods are inconsistent. I have a DUI hood that is a size XL. I ordered a White's in a medium. It was too large, so I had to order a small. The White's also has a zipper.

look into the otter bay hood. the site is cricket@otterbaysuits.com the hoods are custom made, in 12mm. she is in California cost $85.00 good luck
