Hi all, i'm very interested in getting more info on these dry gloves. I'm diving in a Catalyst also but was thinking of getting dry gloves made be henderson or their gold core since my hand do get cold. What makes the ring system better or worse. And i sorry but I do NOT understand the installation, where can I find more info or detailed instruction so I understand. Appreciate your time and help

Hey Sauerpuss, thanks for the email. the following is a breakdown of how the removeable dry ring system works. I have this system on my backup suit (my new suit has permanent rings) and it has worked very well for me. You don't have to send in your suit, you can do it yourself, and you can switch back to wet if you feel so inclined. The biggest advantage of permanent rings is that the latex seals under the rings are removeable/replaceable.

Dry Glove Quick Clamp System

The simple Quick Clamp system enables you to adapt any drysuit with latex wrist seals to the dry glove system. And a damaged glove floods just your glove and not your suit - an easy, inexpensive replacement.

Includes Wrist Rings (two size options to line your latex seals, and a pair of outer rings), coordinating inner and outer Glove Rings, and the Commercial Gloves themselves.
The Quick Clamp System is comprised of the following components:MHSITCLA 60930
Removable Wrist Rings - Quick rings for Latex Cuffs

There is a bit of a picture there. If you email me I may be able to send you a better one if you like.

Hope that helps!
