Maybe of interest for someone with a Torpedo DPV who wants to use as one hand configuration:
Got an old Torpedo 2500 from a friend.
Since I like to drive my DPV with one hand and tow cord - 12-6 configuration I installed a DIY handle and a spring actioned trigger (Springs are from quick release valves of old BCDs).
Its very rudimentary and has not been tested underwater since I lack the battery (is ordered).
For testing I hooked the Torpedo 2500 to my car battery.

Sorry about the video quality (cheap action cam - low light).

That is really low light. Maybe you could re-do when you receive your battery? TIA
I will redo the video tomorrow and post it. It will take a while for the battery to arrive so it will again be under the hood of my car but with better light. I'll add some pics too.

OK I re-did the Torpedo 2500 "trigger" video.
Lighting is better but the quality still bad as I had to use the same cam.
Check out the description for details.
Hope it helps.
