NOAA Dive Manual
NAVY Dive Manual
Technical Diving in Depth

check out Best Publishing for more titles or look up just about anything by Bruce R. Wienke.

Try "International Textbook of Mixed Gas Diving" by Lettnin.

Decompression would be covered better by physiology than by physics.

There's a book called "Diving Science" that explains a range of topics that I found interesting. You can probably find at Chapters and look at it before you buy it.

Weinke's stuff is about as good as you can get if you can do the math, otherwise have a look at the Technical diving encyclopedia by Tom Mount.
