I always dive 2 computers; my primary is AI and is on my right wrist. It has all the info I need including digital compass. I have a console with a DC of the same brand as my wrist DC along with an SPG and manual compass which is attached to a D-ring with a retractor so that it is tucked out of the way unless needed. . If my primary should for some reason conk out, I can still continue my dive.
