:42: Will be at Redgranite with one other, this weekend any one else up to a dive or two?
Brad

FYI I was at Redgranite on Tuesday. Viz has deteriorated quite a bit. I didn't get below 70' but viz was generally 10' or less.

10' feet of vis. Brad this will be a treat to you after our 1-2 foot vis dives at the Quarry!

Anyways... Brad or anyone else who reads this, Have you dove Fox Brook Park before? Brad I looked into it and we need to get out again this week and maybe do a dive there. It's only about 7 min. from Lannon. and has the same general idea and setup and with the annual pass it's free except for parking. but I hve no clue about the vis?

Lets pack a light snack and dive 2 tanks again. :crafty:

Have you seen my Fin clip :06: lol haha JK

Well the vis at Redgranite was a bit more than the quarry down by us,but wow the trash around /in and floating made me feel bad,my boys were fishing and did a real haul on some large mouth bass, but they are all back in the water! My dive buddy was up to working just on skills. meet some guys from a local search and rescue doing some practice too!

The viz at Devil's lake is similar: 10 ft. or so, though it does seem to open up below the thermocline at 23 ft. or so. There the viz could be 15 ft. I suppose.

Devils Lake: The last couple of weeks I would put it at 4'-6' on the northeast side. Was a little better on Thursday, maybe 6'-8'. Definately better below the cline, but it was down to 59 deg. at around 30' last week. But then I made the mistake of going over to look for somebody's lost ring on Lake Wisconsin Friday. Can you say 1 foot! Okay, I'm being a little generous... 10 inches of muck on the bottom where he thinks he lost it. I still haven't gotten the smell out of my wetsuit!
