Do you have a favorite condo?

We go to Akumal a couple times a year and on our next trip we want to also spend 4 nights and 3 days of diving in Coz after Akumal.

I'd ideally like to find a nice 1 bdrm condo close to town (within a $3 cab ride or 20 min walk), with either a dive shop on site or where we can be picked up. I looked at Coral Princess and Cantamar. Any opinons on these two or others? Any opinions about Pepe Scuba that's onsite at Coral Princess?

El Cantil is downtown and just opened. Its next to what once was Plaza de las Glorias. I don't think they have one bedroom units but you might want to look into it. Sand Dollar is on site and there is a pickup pier. http://elcantilcondos.com/

Enjoyed Cantamar as well as Puesta Del Sol which is much nicer

Thanks for the suggestions. It's only 2 of us this trip so 1 bdrm is all we really need. Puesta del Sol looks very nice, but not sure I want that luxury when I won't be spending much time there.

cantamar is perfect for you then. We greatly enjoyed it for the money
