Diving off Alahambra was so-so (even for Venice) vis was 2'-5', tho I thought the surge was pretty strong. I found only 200 small teeth (no megs). Didn't have a temp guage, but Walter reports it was 78. Very comfortable. Wish I would have had time for another tank.

It stormed Friday so the vis on Sat was no big surprise. There was a lot of seaweed on the bottom that got in the way. Lots of bottom critters - they're always amusing.

We had an incident with a marine patrol coming up on us and asking if we had reported a missing diver (we didn't). According to the officer someone had dialed 911 to report a diver who had not surfaced. Hopefully it was just someone who stayed down longer than their surface buddy expected. Never heard any more about it, but I left soon after.

Hopefully the weather holds for you. Have fun!
