Thought would be easy to find but hard to tell. Saw a thread reference Sandals doing that but no resort by that name now seems to be around. Might have been referral to times gone by.

i have never seen this offered on cozumel. but there are plenty of packages you can buy that include 2 dives per day, and some of those locations have shore diving right in front of the resort. so you could easily rent a tank for 6 bucks and dive in the afternoon or at night.

some of the sandals, breazes, or super clubs properties may offer unlimited diving. although i am not even sure if either of these have resorts in mexico. but from what i was told, many times you cannot even be guarranteed a spot on the boat. so in reality, you may not be able to dive anywhere near as much as you think you will.

the best option for maximizing the number of dives is to either do a live aboard trip, or choose a destination that offers a ton of good shore diving. (curacao, bonaire, cayman etc)

our local dive shop runs a trip each spring to fantasy island resort on roatan. the owner likes it there because i belive they get 3 boat dives per day plus unlimited shore dives.

Scuba Club Cozumel has unlimited shore diving in front of the hotel. Grab a tank, get in the water, and look for small stuff. Great way to play with your camera. For shore, night dives, grab a tank or two before the dive shop closes. The shore is shallow, 20 feet deep, you can do a dive, get out, grab another tank, and get back in the water, repeat. Think long, long safety stops.

Like most resorts, SCC includes two-tank boat dives in the morning. You can also pay extra for afternoon boat dives, two-tank twilight boat dives, dives on the C-53 wreck. Extra dives are subject to minimum numbers of divers.

Are you asking about boat dives or shore diving? I don't know of any that offer unlimited boat diving. There are several places that offer unlimited shore diving, but they are outside the marine park. You aren't supposed to dive unescorted in the marine park and most of the AI resorts are within the park.

Sandals does offer two-tank dives daily included. They do not offer unlimited. Just the daily two. However, there has never been a on Sandals on Cozumel and its highly unlikely there will ever be a Sandals anywhere in Mexico.

There is no such thing as unlimited boat diving. Nobody has boats sitting around that go out on demand. They all have allocated dive trips or dive times. Many allow you to dive all of their available times for one price, though.

I think salty endeavors offers full day private charter. check with them how many dives you could do in a day

I did a private charter with Aldora in January 2020 and we loaded up enough tanks to do 3 dives. Slightly earlier pickup from Costa del Sol, but worked out great.

I believe that if you stay at Villa Aldora, you will be picked up on site for your boat dives and will be able to do unlimited shore dives off the resort. You might consider Lighthouse Point and Divetech or Cobalt Coast and Reef Divers on Grand Cayman. Both offer boat dives and unlimited shore diving from their location.
