Diving with Plantar Faciitis

Cheers Marcia. It's been a long road.

have decided to give diving a miss next weekend, the water didn't do my any favours. It took several hours to dry out and looks like it was on the verge of a complete melt down. I figure give it another two weeks or dive this weekend and risk, if it re opens, being out for the whole season.

A drysuit would solve this problem.

Almost a year on and I still can't walk on my heel. No one seems to know why. I'm heading to Oz this year so will go to a Dr there.
