Looking to dive the Annapolis in October 2015 and looking for suggestions on dive OPs for that area that run to the wreck on a regular basis.

Any help would be appreciated

Marc Palay with HSA Diving, small boat with small groups - great choice to go with. Likely will take you with two divers booked. PM me if you can't find his number online.
