You got it, Carl. There's anchors in them thar Lake!
I enjoyed meeting you andyour son and daughter, too. A rocky and sandy bottom would be great for vis. Alot better than where I was in Silt City!
We'll get together in the next week or two.
I love finding things of value under the waves.

Oh ya
One more thing we found was an R/C helicopter that is the same as my sons. He was able to get about $75.00 to $100.00 of after market parts off it that will fit his. It was a good day at the cove.

Man, you can find the booty! I need to stick with you guys. You can find the goods. I know it's going to be a great summer of treasure at Lanier. I'll bring those rods and reels when I see you next time, who knows maybe we can sell the reels on e-bay.

Check out my auctions on ebay in my profile. We bought a bunch of equipment Sunday from a guy in Lilburn. We have fins, B/C's, knives, Dive tables, Lights, a tanks pressure tester, a few wet suites, gloves, booties, weight belts, masks, pelican boxes, large travel bags and it goes on and on. We almost couldn’t get in all in the SUV. We are going to keep the cool stuff and sell the rest.

Looking for that fun stuff :)

You the man! I just bought some undergarments last night on e-bay for my drysuit so I'll stay nice and toasty at depth in Lanier. You're racking up under the water and on land with your finds.
I should have given you my cell number. I'd like to have seen your loot on that haul. I'm just about in Lilburn myself. It's a Tucker address, but I'm more in Lilburn than Tucker.

Well you should be ready for the depths now. I wish I cold do the same but for now the budget is to tight. I know the guys that went down to the bridge last year. They were in the Lanier Lakeside paper. I think the bridge was at like 70+ feet under??? Not sure, but I would think that would be cool if your up for it. For now just enjoy the ride. Maybe next year I can join ya.

Give a call some time
Let the fun begin!!!!!
Carl

I'll be up there probably not this Sat. I 've got to to the mountains of North Georgia and check on our house. But I'll be up there the following Sat. Maybe we can meet up then.
If you got even a 7mm wetsuit you would be amazed at how much better you could take the cold. It's not a drysuit warmth wise, but it's pretty close. Divers Supply sells them for about a $179 new.

We will be putting on some B/C's Friday. The cash is just about to come in on last Sundays score.
If you go to

craigslist: atlanta classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events

I have added some adds for scuba gear wanted and a cheep pontoon boat to turn in to our own scuba boat. Won't that be cool???? I also added an add for anchors for sale on craigslist. The fence is starting to fall down with all the anchors we have hanging on it. I need to get rid of some. Do you know anybody that needs an anchor?

My brother is in town this weekend and I have to work next weekend so mayba the weekend of Aug 9th we can get together in Buford. If you can get away during the week let me know. I can go any day during the week after 4 pm. Just say the word.

I’m having a blast with this diving stuff. If I lived by the beach I would be a dive junky.

Always into the fun stuff

That would work for me on the weekend of the 9th, that Sat. a.m. If we lived in Florida we would be treasure divers. Get to dive all the time looking for sunken treasure, what a life that would be!
If I had a boat, I would get some anchors from you. I'll keep my eyes open for anybody who needs anchors for their boat.
