Diving From A Catamaran

I have a 40' Manta catamaran and have not found an easy way to handle equipment for 2 to 4 people (all with cameras) and do mutiple dives each day. Any ideas?
Also, I plan to add a compressor and would like some advise on what to get.
I am currently located in St Thomas, and plan to cruise the islands.
