ScubaNorth:You hunt alone. In Mellows defense this is Lobster hunting and losing track of your buddy is common. We all strive to get better at keeping track but it is a long slow learning curve for most. I personally lose my buddy often when hunting but we always go over the "plan" to regroup before the dive.
Peace
No need to come to Mellow Yellows defense, this was my fault. He thumbed up and signalled me to stay down. I waited a few minutes for him, he didn't return, so I figured he thumbed the dive. So, I just went on bug hunting and heading toward shore ( England I think....lol...current screwed me all up) Ah well, at only 30 feet deep I didn't worry much about it, but I know..I really should have surfaced and looked for him.
My bad...I'll be a better buddy next time..promise. But you can be sure that at deeper depths I'm right next to you at all times!
I agree.. a re-group plan next time.
