Just an update on Shaw's cove. I did end up going on Saturday and visibility was between 3-7 feet at best. Pretty bad. It was a gogeous day though. 7 am and not a cloud in the sky. We went further out on our 2nd dive but it still never got better than 10 feet. Glad I still got in the water but sure wish it wasn't so murky. Oh well.

Hi all,
Anybody dive Leo Carillo lately I'm going tomorrow & would like to hear about the conditions.
 
Don't know about the mainland, but conditions here on Catalina the past two days have been LOUSY. From 35' vis on Thursday down to 5-10' by my last dive today (3:00 PM). Despite that a lot of people (NOT including me) reported seeing black sea bass in the Park the past few days.
