8am on a weekend is good... hibiscus is good for parking too. also if more than 1 person - can always drop off EQ and find parking nearby.
although i've found parking around 10 too... at datura it's always hit or miss ---
DO NOT PARK on the south side of the datura portal though where the hotel is -- unless you're a registered guest -- they will tow
The Park on the north side of the pier is a good area too -- and tons of parking..
