Too many people practice to practice.

I know way too many divers that do their "weekly skills dive" and that's the only time they're in the water all week.

If you're going to work on skills, work on them for a bit, then go dive.

Being able to execute skills in a controlled environment (like on a "skills dive") is nothing more than a parlor trick if you never go out and dive.

Make sure you make time to dive, not just make time to skill.
