That is so sad. My thoughts are with the families.
 
What a sad story. Obviously it's bad anytime to loose a loved one but on your honeymoon........whew. That's a tough one. My best goes out to all family and friends.
 
Obviously my sympathies are with the husband and the family at this tragic time.

I do wonder about the strength of the current if the husband was making progress against it while carrying his wife. Perhaps the surface current was weaker. In the Casino Dive Park this weekend, many divers could not make "forward" progress against the current at depth. With my video housing it was difficult, so I just went in towards shore where the rocks and finger reefs broke things up.

These divers probably had no such option on a wreck dive.

Sad, very sad.
