I dove with the Laredo Fire Department scuba dive team. We dove at a private lake in Laredo. The size of the lake was about the size of two football fields. The visability was only 5 feet and the maximum depth was 12 feet. The water temperature was at 85 degrees. There was too much algae bloom and allot of moss. I helped the dive team practice, limited visability, compass navigation. I think we dove a swamp not a lake. It was an ok dive not a great dive. I enjoy diving much more, Canyon Lake, Travis and Lake Amistad in Del Rio but at least I got to dive. Unfortunately, the lake is not open to the public. Maybe in the future, It will be open to the public. :cool2:
