I have sent the same type question to DAN - an offshore scenario. Explaining what I'm asking and btw, directing to take a look here, maybe that would help them see the need to clarify that policy.
I agree that the shop personel would do the initial phone contact fine - but if that's not an option, one should be careful about "considering" paying for a Helivac by yourself... Those birds cost a small fortune to keep in the air!
