This is one of the many stories that really should be better known -- I realize that the TV stations have a hard time finding space for real news in their shows between car crashes, fires, and celebrities.

Northwest Straits Commission spent a lot of time developing a protocol to safely remove derelict gear using professional divers. They have been circulating various forms of a video about it for some years.
